Tour description:

Azadi Cultural Complex: Azadi (freedom monument) was built in1971 by the order of the last Pahlavi king; Mohammad Reza Shah to commemorate the 2500^th anniversary of the Persian Empire. This cultural complex, now as a museum is located at Azadi square. The monument with the height of 45m is a symbol of Damavand Peak. The park surrounding it has the elements of Persian gardens.

Reza Abbasi Museum: The objects which are displayed in the Reza Abbasi Museum are the reminiscent of an unknown, mysterious era. The collection shows the efforts and endeavors of humans for survival, fighting nature, gaining benefits and victory over the environment. The collection kept in this museum demonstrates the stages that humanity has gone through to reach where the humans are now. By visiting such collections and museums which include the early tools humans have had invented in their first steps of making practical objects, it can be perceived how this high technologies are achieved now after hundreds of years. The museum has five galleries including pre-historic, historical and Islamic objects and also art works. The museum is named in the honor of the celebrated Iranian miniaturist, Reza Abbasi, who lived in Safavid Era and some of his works are displayed here.

Sadabad Palace: The Historical-Cultural Complex of Sadabad was once the summer resident of the royal family. During Pahlavi dynasty 18 small and large palaces were constructed in Sadabad complex, each of these palaces exhibits the indescribable eminence and beauty of the art and taste of Iranian Architecture. After the Islamic Revolution the whole complex turned to museum, some of the edifices are exhibited as Palace Museums. Inside each palace-museum, the objects that have been once used by the royal families and were donated to them by the kings, queens and important figures of the time are still untouched and displayed as they were
